I would like to do a bun burner this summer. Appleton WI to Albuquerque NM would be just over 1500 miles. If all goes well it should take about 23 hours to ride. I need to get in better shape for that run. In my opinion the key to distance riding is good planning and the right equipment. I need to build up to long rides and never try to ride past my ability.
