- What good is it to have an 800 number if you are going to have set hours of service, what if you have a problem and call this 800 number and are told busness hours are Mon- Fri 9- 5 and sat 9- noon and your problem happens after hours? This is not good customer service and has me wondering about this group.

- I am wondering if maybe this group is a scam, they have no posted way to contact them if you have any issues that needs attending right away, I have yet to see a company not have some way to be contacted to resolve any issues this group is a first. Their accounts dept also has some issues that need to fixed NOW.
